BOOKING POLICY

 

For Skin boosters / polynucleotides /skin rejuvenation & remodelling treatment.

 

We require a £40 deposit to secure your desired appointment slot for your initial consultation.

 

The deposit covers an in-depth thirty-minute discussion with Jennifer Louise to discuss your concerns, receive a full skin and facial analysis and to discuss your bespoke treatment plan. Your deposit will then go towards the cost of your treatment or skincare products.

 

In the event of cancellation, where at least 48 hours’ notice is given, we will rearrange your appointment, and your deposit will be transferred to the new date.

 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund your deposit if your treatment products have already been purchased. Products are purchased on a prescription in your name so can only be used to treat you.
